Meet the Team

Ashton Stewart, LPC-Associate

Ashton is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and attended Lubbock Christian University where she received two degrees: a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Social Work while also playing collegiate basketball.

Her main areas of counseling focus include anxiety, depression, relationships, and self-esteem. She is especially passionate about athletics, helping athletes understand their value and identity outside of sport and build confidence that carries them far beyond the court or field.

Ashton’s desire in the counseling room is to help her clients feel seen, heard, and understood as they work together to reach their goals.

Ashton is married and loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys playing and watching basketball, cooking, running, lifting weights, and playing the piano.

Ashton is currently supervised by Deanna Dawson, LPC-S.
