Abbey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals feel seen and supported. With degrees in psychology, clinical mental health, and school counseling, she has a strong foundation for working with clients from all walks of life.

Her approach is relational and person-centered. She prioritizes genuine connection and collaborates with clients to reach their goals. She is also trained in EMDR to help clients process through difficult experiences and trauma, and this informs much of her practice.

Abbey has experience working with adolescents and enjoys supporting them through that significant stage of life. She is also passionate about working with adults of all ages. She welcomes clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or other challenges that impact well-being.

Outside of therapy, Abbey enjoys staying active through pickleball and working out, and values spending quality time with friends and family. She believes connection, balance, and joy outside of therapy are just as important as the work within it.
