Stefani is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor's Degree in Community Family and Addiction Sciences from Texas Tech University.

Stefani is passionate about supporting family members who are coping with a loved one's addiction along with the corresponding mental health challenges. She believes that this group often gets overlooked and needs the tools to manage their own mental health, whether their loved one finds sobriety or not. Stefani enjoys working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety and depression. In her practice, she incorporates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, meditation, and trauma recovery. Her specialties include treating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and codependency. Stefani also specializes in EMDR, adoption and FASD.

Stefani is married and has two kids. They are all avid Texas Tech basketball fans. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family, travel, and watch her son play baseball.
