Stephanie is the newest member of The Springs staff.

Originally from Gravesend, Kent, England, Stephanie moved to the United States in 2020 and now proudly calls Lubbock home.

With a background in customer service, leadership, and administration, Stephanie brings a warm, welcoming, and compassionate approach to her role at The Springs Therapy Group. She enjoys building genuine connections with clients and their families and understands that reaching out isn't always easy. Recognizing that parents and caregivers may sometimes be navigating particularly challenging moments, Stephanie believes in the importance of offering a listening ear, a little reassurance, and a welcoming presence. She strives to ensure that everyone walking through the door feels heard, valued, and supported. 

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys discovering local coffee shops with her husband, Gabriel, getting lost in a good book, and travelling to new places while revisiting familiar favorites. She also loves spending time with their cat, Pebbles.
