Ryan Hayes, graduate intern

Ryan Hayes is currently pursuing his Master’s in Counseling at Lubbock Christian University and is on track to graduate in August 2025. He brings over 13 years of experience living and working in Africa, where he was involved in theological training, community development, and business startups.

Ryan is also an ordained ministerial counselor. He is passionate about helping others grow and heal, drawing from a rich background in cross-cultural service and spiritual care. In his free time, he enjoys reading, outdoor sports, and spending time with his wife and three wonderful daughters.
